Registration Fees

Workshop Registration – May 1, 2 and 3, 2012
Workshop registration includes sessions on May 1, 2 and 3, plus the Welcome Reception on April 30, the Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony on May 2, the Toronto Waterfront Walking Tour on May 3 (pending space availability) and all refreshments and lunches.

Early Bird (before March 1, 2012) – $850 + HST
Regular (on or after March 1, 2012) – $975 + HST

Professional Development Day – April 30, 2012
Fees include materials, refreshment breaks and lunch. Those wishing to attend the April 30 Welcome Reception and Gala Evening and Awards Ceremony at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel must purchase a ticket.

Half-Day Morning
Early Bird (before March 1, 2012) – $200 + HST
Regular (on or after March 1, 2012) – $225 + HST

Half-Day Afternoon

Full-Day Session

Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be given for requests received in writing postmarked no later than February 28, 2012, less an administration fee of $100.00. After that date, we regret no refunds will be issued; however, we will accept substitute delegates.
