(Professional Development Day and Symposium)
– November 24, 25 and 26

Workshop fee includes the Nov. 24 Professional Development Day, Nov. 25-26 Symposium, Nov. 24 Welcome Reception, Nov. 25 Gala Evening and Awards Ceremony, Nov. 26 Tours (pending -availability), all refreshment breaks and lunches.

     Early Bird Registration until October 14 – $1,425.00 + GST
     After October 14 – $1,575.00 + GST

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT DAY – November 24

Fee includes the Nov. 24 Welcome Reception, refreshment breaks and lunch. Those wishing to attend the Nov. 25 Gala Evening and Awards Ceremony must purchase a ticket.

      Early Bird Registration until October 14 – $675.00 + GST
      After October 14 – $725.00 + GST

SYMPOSIUM – November 25-26

Fee includes the Nov. 24 Welcome Reception, Nov. 25 Gala Evening and Awards Ceremony, Nov. 26 Tours (pending availability), all refreshment breaks and lunches.

      After October 14 – $950.00 + GST
