PWGSC’s
National Project Management System
The PWGSC National Project Management System (NPMS) is
the methodology that PWGSC has been following in the delivery
of its real property projects since 2007. It has recently
been modified to become the project delivery methodology
for the whole department. The goal of the NPMS is to improve
the performance of real property projects in terms of time,
budget and scope.

Le Système national de gestion de projet (SNGP)
de Travaux publics et Services gouvernementaux Canada (TPSGC)
est la méthode employée par le Ministère
pour la réalisation de ses projets immobiliers depuis
2007. Le SNGP, qui a récemment fait l’objet
de modifications, est devenu la méthode d’exécution
de projets de l’ensemble du Ministère. Le
SNGP a pour but d’améliorer le rendement des
projets immobiliers en ce qui a trait au calendrier, au
budget et à la portée.
